WHO IS ELAINE?
Hi! I'm Elaine.
I am a passionate and qualified personal trainer dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and unlock your full potential. With over a decade-long journey in personal fitness, my approach goes beyond the typical trainer-client dynamic—I'm here to be your partner in health and wellness.
In my mid-twenties, I signed up to do a 5k race having been the last person picked for the netball team throughout high school, I didn’t have high hopes. From there, I realised that I loved the challenge of getting something done & the buzz you get from crossing the finish line. Shortly after, I quickly signed up for a 10K and a half-marathon. I did no training and I will never forget the pain I was in at the end of that race (fool). From there, I started working with an incredible personal trainer. Someone who cared deeply about his clients and their success and this is where I learnt the power of getting things right in the gym, so that outside the gym life could be full of wonderful experiences. Since then, I have had a few different trainers over the years who have all been right for me in that season of my life. I have learned from all of them and they have helped shape me into the coach I am today. From mastering my own training techniques to navigating the transformative experience of motherhood, every phase has shaped my understanding of holistic well-being.
Having my son in September 2020, my commitment to long-term health has taken centre stage. I found a real lack of knowledge and support when I was coming back to fitness post-natally, however, this has given me a deep understanding of the challenges that life throws our way, and I'm here to guide you through them, providing support and expertise every step of the way. I have since qualified as a Pre and Post-partum Athleticism Coach so I can fully support women through their pregnancy and post-natal journeys.
Apart from wanting people to realise their own potential, my genuine love for getting to know people is what gets me out of bed in the morning. I believe that fitness is not just about exercises and routines; it's about understanding your unique journey, aspirations, and challenges. I'm not just a personal trainer; I'm your ally in creating a healthier, stronger, and more resilient version of yourself.
