THE SLEEP REVOLUTION

Sleep has become a hot topic over the last decade and Arianna Huffington’s personal story brings this to life. I love the practical and no-nonsense approach to this foundational topic.

STRONG FOUNDATIONS

A great introductory book on pelvic health. Another topic that we aren’t taught about as we grow up and often this subject comes up only when you have a problem. easy to read and super pratcial. 

BETTER THAN BEFORE

The first book I read on habit strategies and I loved how easy it was to relate to. Gretchen writes in simple language and I found some of these very applicable.
