IN-PERSON COACHING

This is in-person and will be designed to meet your personal goals and fitness level. To kick off, we will have a quick intro call, so we can establish what’s important to you and this will enable me to design the best programme to suit your needs.

You will be able to train in my Studio in Ealing, where I will have all the equipment you need.

If you would prefer to train at your house, please let me know and we can discuss a plan that works for you.

This is the most popular option for training & all I ask of you is to show up and let me do the rest.

5-week training block = £250

10-week training block = £500

ONLINE COACHING

Online coaching will follow the same principles as in-person coaching, but this time we can meet via Zoom. The programme will be designed to meet your personal goals and fitness level. To kick off, we will have a quick call, so we can establish what’s important to you and this will enable me to design the best programme to suit your needs.

We will need to base the programme around what equipment you have available to you and go from there.

5-week training block = £250

10-week training block = £500

PROGRAMME DESIGN

This is perfect if you have access to a gym or equipment at home, but need some support in designing a bespoke programme for you. As with all packages, we will have an initial call where I can find out as much about you as possible. From there, I will be able to design a progressive programme that supports you to meet your goals. It may be that you only have 20 minutes 1x per week or you would a 5x per week session plan. We can design something that’s right for you.

We will also create the space for a monthly online check-in to see how things are going and provide one another feedback so we can continue to grow together.
